3 Go-To Things To Do When Your Sacral is Turned Off
Buckle in, beauties! We’ve got another transmission from the car, where I always get so many juicy ideas and tidbits I want to share with you. So why wait??
This episode was recorded in the car with my dog, right after I participated in one of my mastermind group calls while taking a walk with her.
One woman in the group is really going through it right now. She can't get excited, she’s feeling really low about pretty much everything in her business. . . and this got me thinking of how our sacral can turn on and off — even if we're generator types who in theory should have constant access to this energy.
Our connection to the sacral can be affected by so many things: anxiety, depression, all the things that keep us in a state of nervous system dysregulation.
So. What can we do when we're in this low state? How do we get back to hearing our sacral response again?
In today’s car conversation, I'm sharing my three go-to practices that I personally use to help turn my sacral back on when I get depleted.
They're methods I use pretty much every day in some form to help maintain that sacral connection. These are things I also do when I'm creatively inspired to help zhuzh the energy too and shake it up a bit.
If you're not connecting with the usual Human Design advice of "listen to your sacral" or "what's your sacral telling you?" — if you’re like “I HEAR NOTHING RIGHT NOW” — then here’s your reminder from the universe.
