If you’ve listened to this podcast for a while or worked with me in any capacity, you know that burnout is one of my big topics. I love helping others heal and using my personal experience as a springboard for a greater understanding of how this affects so many of us.
You might not know, though, that I have a background in science and I love to nerd out on the WHY behind our physical reactions to stress and conditioning.
